| Note 1: | The Cemetery is of unknown denomination, early mapping of the area in 1859 indicates that it is/was under Warrys Road. It is now believed to be lost due to erosion along the gully. Harry Hodge notes in one of his books (Hill End Story) that some of the graves were exposed due to erosion, but no further mention has been made as to if they were re-interred or not. The Cemetery is/was located west of and across the gully from the current NPWS camping ground. A search was undertaken 2017 using GPR to find the cemetery, but nothing was found. (653) |
